Exercise Assistant is a Comprehensive Fitness Management Software for XDA Stealth and Desktop PC. It contains various modules to track every aspects related to fitness. All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop Companion and can be copied back to XDA Stealth by "Backup & Restore" option. This helps in restoring all the details even if the XDA Stealth is hard reset.
